Service Description

On the course you will shown techniques on how to defend yourself from being attacked. We will use proven techniques derived from Traditional Ju Jitsu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which are easy to learn and very effective at helping women control attackers of all sizes. This is a ladies only course and is available to women and girls over the age of 11years old. There is a discount available if you book in with a friend or family member. The course has been created by 2 black belts who have over 20 years experience between them in Striking, Defences & Grappling.
