3 Week beginners Ju Jitsu course: Week 1: Striking Basics (KICKBOXING) Week 2: Throwing Basics (JUDO) Week 3: Groundwork basics (BJJ) On Completion you will receive your first colour belt (RED) and will have access to the main class. This course helps new members integrate into the main class by having experienced how we teach and basic termonalogy used. Just book your first session and we will add your further weekly sessions automatically .
