Service Description

Our Junior+ classes are here to help develop and increase ju jitsu skills through a mixture of Striking, Throwing and Groundwork. These 3 elements are vital for self defence and can help a child gain confidence and self esteem. Our classes are based on enjoyment fun while still ensuing repetition and development of the art.
