Service Description

This fundamental Course will be broken down into three 1 week sections Striking Groundwork Throwing/Defences This is a taster of what training and grading will be like. We are not expecting anything other than you to do your best. By the end of the course you will have an understanding of ju jitsu training works and what being a martial artist will be like. On completing this course you will be invited into our adult classes with other members who will look after you and show you the ropes. Completing the course will help in a number of areas: You will know others in the class Have an understanding of terminology You will be familiar with rules of the dojo You will know the basics needed for striking, throwing & groundwork All these will ultimately help build your confidence and help you enjoy training in Jujitsu.
